Detailed description of our services as an accounting firm:
Technical study of CLIENT accounts, issuing the corresponding report.
Preparation and presentation of the documents needed to submit to the authorized agencies, as a consequence of changes, appeals, etc.., that affect or otherwise obliges the accounting of the CLIENT.
Preparation of the Company Accounts for Business Income Tax (Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, and Memorandum of Approval), always based on data and documents supplied by the CLIENT.
Prepartion and timely delivery of the Business Income Tax, and submission to Public Finance, if applicable.
Preparation and timely delivery of the statements that as a consequence of the Business Income Tax are necessary: Capital revenue and installments of the Business Income Tax.
Minutes Book:
Preparation of: Deposit Accounts (Report, a certified true copy of the Minutes, Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet).
Preparation of Official Accounting Books duly bound (Daily and Annual Accounts (Logbook and Inventory and Annual Accounts).
Legalization and submission in the Madrid Mercantile Register of Deposit Accounts and the Official Accounting Books.
The CLIENT will receive at the least, one quarterly visit by accounting technicians.
Representation to the INSPECTIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, to which the CLIENT is subject.
Excluded from the Accounting Services: Auditing of accounts, as well as costs of: binding, authentication of the Accounting books, legitimization of the signatures before the Notary Public and the fees of the Madrid Mercantile Register of Deposit Accounts for each year, to be paid separately by the CLIENT, as well as travel expenses and stays outside of Madrid, if applicable.
The Accounting Services also include: consulting and information on the rights and accounting obligations that attend or otherwise oblige the CLIENT in the course of their business; and new provisions of the legal system regarding accounting matters and their relevance to the Company, the actions proposed within current legislation may be more favorable to the interests of the same.
