Exclusions from Tax Services: proceedings directed to T.E.A.R and Superior Courts, not necessarily limited to those set out in writing, and any other services that the CLIENT requires for the development of their business which fall under those provided by other specific professionals: construction, renovations, installations, supplies, financing, subsidies, Patents and Trademarks, reports, designs and budgeting, utilities, travel expenses and stays outside Madrid and any others not specified.
Tax Services also include: consulting and information concerning rights and tax obligations that attend or otherwise oblige the Client in the course of their business; and new provisions of the legal system regarding tax matters and their relevance to the Company, the actions proposed within current legislation may be more favorable to the legitimate interests of the same.
