Detailed description of our services as a labor consultancy firm:
Review of required documentation related to employment and their acquisition when appropriate.
Monthly preparation of pay slips with appropriate variations and extra bonuses.
Payroll registers: accumulated payroll summary, company cost statistics, accounting summary for cost centers, totals for centers and general business total.
Monthly preparation of Social Security payments.
A monthly mailing to the Client (to their headquarters) of: payroll, bonuses, social security, income tax, etc.., Well in advance of each due date.
Adjustment of: agreements, minimum wage (if applicable), changes in Social Security contributions and Individual Income Tax.
Preparation of work contracts, deadline alerts, deferrals, and if applicable, submission to the Job Center (INEM).

Labor Services also include: consulting and information concerning rights and labor obligations that attend or otherwise oblige the Client, in the course of their business; and new provisions of the legal system regarding tax matters and their relevance to the Company, the actions proposed within current legislation may be more favorable to the legitimate interests of the same.
